Zetta Thompson

Zetta Thompson (Muncy), 88 of Micco, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, August 16th, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on March 11th, 1932 in McDowell County, WV to the late James and Elizabeth (Muncy) Goodman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Thompson; one brother, Coburne Muncy; sisters, Hazel Collins, Mary Williams, and Tamsey Goodman. She was a faithful and life-long member of Hillcrest Freewill Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her loving memory includes two daughters, Deborah Thompson of Switzer, WV and Pamela (Ronald) Sparks of Wilkinson, WV; one brother, Roosevelt of McDowell County, WV; and a host of other family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Freewill Baptist Church, Wednesday, August 19th, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm Thursday, August 20th, 2020 at Highland Memory Gardens with Pastor Scott Nelson officiating.
