William "Shakey" Wolford

William “Shakey” Wolford, 68 of Gilbert, WV departed this life Monday, September 30th, 2019 at his residence. He was born on May 26th, 1951 in Neds Branch, WV and was the son of Drewey Wolford and Annie (Harmon) Wolford. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Wolford and Jimmy Lee Wolford; and Emma Jean Cline.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his wife, Carolyn (Bailey) Wolford of Gilbert, WV; two sons, William Ray (Kim) Wolford and Steven (Dedra) Wolford both of Gilbert, WV; brothers, Jammy Wolford of Varney, WV, Carl “Cab” (Bonita) Wolford of Hampden, WV, Junior (Sarah) Wolford of Steeles, and one sister, Brenda Wolford of Varney, WV; and four grandchildren.

In honoring his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is honored to be serving the Wolford family with arrangements.
