Collins Funeral Home is saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and co-worker Todd S. Fields. He was 53 years old and of Cora, WV and was the previous owner and operator of the former Chatman Funeral Home of Cherry Tree. He was born March 28, 1963 in Logan, WV to Sarah (Fields) Reed and the Late James Henley. In addition to his father his Step-Father Freddie Davis precedes him in death. He was a member of the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church of Logan. Through out many years in the funeral industry he has touched many families with his kind-heartedness, selfllessness and pride he took with each family. He always went above and beyond to help anyone he could. All truly will miss him. Those left to cherish his memories are his Mother; Sarah Fields Reed of NC, Daughter; Sarah (Hunter) Podunavac of Logan, one Granddaughter; Lillie Podunavac of Logan, four Brothers; James (Tracey) Henley Jr. of OK, Anthony Fields of Charleston, Darius (Eleanor) Henley Sr. of Germany and Gregory (DLachelle) Fields Sr. of AR and two Sisters; Rev. Dr. Bernita (Richard) Wright of OH and Deirdre A. Fields of Washington, D.C., one special Aunt; Hazel Fields of Aracoma, his boys; Devonta Morgan, Darius Hall and Jeffrey Little all of Logan, and a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, March 25, 2017 at The Monahill Memorial Freewill Baptist Church with Elder LeRoy Shaw officiating. Burial will follow in Guyan Memorial Gardens.
