Terry Dale Kelly

Terry Kelly, 61 of Omar departed this life on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. He was born on December 17, 1958 to the late Walter and Blanche (Sharpe) Kelly. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother, Walter Kelly of Ashland, KY; one step-son, Adam Salmons of Florida. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Martha Kelly of Omar; two daughters, Beth (Ken) Boyce of Delbarton and Rebecca Evans of Delbarton; one step daughter, Rebecca  Hall of Delbarton; one step son, Hershel Salmons of Logan; three grandchildren, Kylie Grace Wolf, Abel Evans, and Killien Evans; four step grandchildren, Jessica (Chris) Hall, Jacob Hall, Cylie Salmons, Tyler Salmons; one sister, Pam (Larry) Duty of Chauncey; a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The family would like to recognize his special friends, Rosie, Dolly, Mattie, and his Outlaw Rider Family. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 from 1:00P.M.-3:00P.M. at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with cremation to follow.
