Terrie Lynn Ellis

Terrie Lynn Ellis, 45, of Hurricane, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at her residence. She was born on April 23, 1980 in Cleveland, OH. She was the daughter of the late Beverley Newsome and Jerry Arthur.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, James Randle McCay; and many angel babies.

Terrie was a homemaker, CNA, and of the pentecostal faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Brianna McCay of Hurricane, WV; one son, Isaiah (Kaytlin) Ellis of Mudfork; one sibling, Randle (Adam) McCay-Walls of Hurricane, WV; and a host of many family and friends.

Her wishes were to be cremated, and a memorial service in honor of her life will be posted at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Collins Funeral Home, Inc. of Switzer, WV.
