Sherry McKinney

Sherry McKinney, 57 of Ethel, WV departed this life Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 15, 1961 in Logan, WV to the late Howard Harding Gearhart and Alma (Harmon) Gearhart. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Charles “Chuck” McKinney.

 Those left to cherish her loving memory includes one son: Gerald Fleming, one daughter: Audrey “Sissybug” (Jack) Blankenship, two brothers: Mike (Sharon) Gearhart, Barry (Darlie ) Gearhart,  and one sister: Vickie Sizemore, five grandchildren: Autumn Thomas, Jackie Blankenship, Cheyanna Carpenter, Jayda Fleming, Ryan Blankenship, boyfriend: Walter Perry, and a host of family and friends. A service will be held 1:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home with Pastor John E. Godby officiating. Burial will follow in at Highland Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held December 30, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 PM also at the funeral home chapel. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is in charge of arrangements.
