Sharon Irene Maynard

  Sharon Irene Maynard 63, of Omar, departed this life Saturday November14, 2015 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born November 23, 1951 in Logan, WV to the late Luther Jacksonand Dorothy Lee (Thacker) Stepp and her step-father Thathus Stepp .  In addition to her parents and step father,one Sister Emmy Lou Simms precedes her in death. Those left to cherish hermemories is her husband Randall Maynard of Omar, one Daughter Sherrie (Glenn“Wolf”Caudill) Maynard of Charlotte, N.C., three sons: Matthew (Becky) Maynardof Chapmanville, Jason Lee Maynard of Pine Creek and Vinson Maynard of Omar,one Brother; Donnie Simms of Man, one Sister; Mabel Simms of Man and sevenGrandchildren;  Scott Edwards, Savannah(Draven) Riffe, Sarah Morris, Caleb Maynard, Dalton Maynard, Jala Smith, andKendal Maynard. Services will be held November 16, 2015 at Collins Funeral Home with Pastor John Hatfield officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
