Phyllis Jean Curry

P.J. (Keathley) Curry 72, of Diamond, WV formerly of Cow Creek, departed this life Monday, August 27, 2018 in CAMC Memorial Division Hospital in Charleston.  She was born September 08, 1945 in Holden, WV to the Late Robert and Esta (Chafin) Keathley.  She was a retired Pharmacy Technician and of the Methodist Faith.  In addition to her parents one brother; Larry Keathley proceeds her in death.  Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Gene Curry of Diamond, WV, one son; Billy Curry of Cow Creek, two daughters; Regina Shrader Morris of Charleston, and Melissa Adams of Cow Creek, two brothers; Robert Keathley of Diamond, and Roger Keathley of Aurora, Colorado, two sisters; Patricia Jarrell of Columbus, OH and Rosie Marie Collins of Holden, and three grandchildren; Drew Hardin, Billie Curry and a special granddaughter; Abi Curry.  Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Blankenship and Rev. Mike Coleman officiating.  Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. the same day at the funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be Shaun Mullins, Tyler Meeks, Ethan Meeks, Billie Curry, Drew Hardin and Rob Collins.  The family has entrusted Collins Funeral Home of Switzer to oversee the services.
