Phillip Vance

Phillip Vance, 41, departed this life Monday, November 16th, 2020 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born on June 10th, 1979 in Guyan Valley, WV to Tennis Vance and Lucille Farris. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Farris; and one sister, Rebecca Starr.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes his dad and mom, Tennis and Diane Vance; sisters, Kimberly Vance, Sabrina Whitman, Melissa (Kevin) Miller, and Elizabeth Vance; one brother, Tennis Vance; his fiancée, Joyce Howard; one son, Billy Vance; two daughters, Joyce Ann Vance and Emily Vance.

There will be a memorial service at a later date. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is in charge of arrangements.
