Peggy Jean Richards

Peggy Jean (Chafin) Richards 73, of Holden departed this life Wednesday, June 01, 2016 at her residence.  She was born October 09, 1942 at 5 & 6 Holden the daughter of the late Lawrence and Arna (Mullins) Chafin.  She was a Retired School Bus Driver for the Logan County Board of Education. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, her husband Millard Richards, one son; Victor Richards and one brother; Charles McKinney.  Those left to cherish her memories are one son; Duane Stollings, two daughters; Rachel Curry and Marissa Johnson, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.   Per Peggy’s request a private burial was held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 3, 2016 in the Whitman Cemetery at Victory Point.  Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the arrangements.  Condolences may be left @ www.collinsfuneralhomewv.com./
