Patricia Sue Mattox

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Mattox; her only son, Johnny Bell; two sisters, Annie White and Nyokia Blankenship; and two brothers, James Lackey and Charlie Lackey.

Those left to cherish her memory includes three brothers, Henery (Bertha) Lackey of Florida, Wendell Lackey of Ohio, Samuel (Melinda) Lackey of Omar; three sisters, Janet Gillman of Omar, Janice Craddock of Omar, and Della Chapman of Virginia; and a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 6:00pm at Collins Funeral Home Chapel in Switzer, WV.

In honoring her wishes, she will be cremated after the visitation.
