Michael Eugene Horn

Michael Eugene Horn of Ragland, WV departed this life to be with his Lord on Friday, August 2nd,2019 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on March 2nd, 1965 in Washington, DC. to the late Eugene Horn and Virginia Ann (Lewis) Horn. 

Michael was a member of the TVRA Ham Radio Club. Where he would spend his spare time talking to his distance friends. Michael was an Amateur Extra Class operator. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother in law. Those left to cherish his precious memories are his loving wife, Brenda Horn; one brother, Timothy Horn; one sister in law, Connie (Doug) Stumbo; two sons, Ad (Mikayla) Muncy and Josh (Whittani) Muncy; one daughter, Brandi (Nathaniel) Mounts, one grandson, Cooper Muncy; one special niece, Brittany (Michael) Boone; one special nephew, Timothy (Reetta) Horn Jr.; one great niece, Kaylee Horn; two great nephews, Isaiah Boone and Noah Horn; his father in law, Roger (Betty) Scott and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 6th, 2019 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Copley officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will include family and friends.  A visitation will begin two hours prior to the service. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is assisting the Horn family with arrangements.
