Lou Ann Wooten

LouAnn Wilburn Wooten of Dog Patch,WV departed this life on Saturday, July 24th,2021 at Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, WV.

LouAnn was born May 2nd,1957 at Logan, WV to the late James and Viola (Booth) Wilburn. She was a 1975 graduate of Logan Senior High School. LouAnn was a disabled cook from the Logan County Country Club. She loved her children and family beyond measure and had a love for cooking.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Danny Wilburn; sisters Mara, Stella, Frances Wilburn and Polly Wilburn Mullins; nieces, Erica Wilburn and Leslie Williamson.

LouAnn is survived by her husband of 25 years, Ronnie Wooten; four children, Alissa Wooten, Chris (Emma) Noe, Randy Noe Jr, and Brandie (Jacob) Nottingham; her brother James Ricky (Debbie) Wilburn, nephews, Matt (Scotty) Mullins, Jim Mullins, Brenton (Jennifer) Wilburn, Justin Williamson, Dana (Shana) Wilburn, Daniel Wilburn, and Kameron Mitchem; nieces Haley (Jeremiah) Bostic and Chrystel Williamson; grandchildren, Breona, Isaiah, Destiny, Kaleb, and Cassie (Austin); great-grandchild, Omari Chase; two aunts, Sadie Booth and Hester Litteral; sister-in-law, Pam Mitchem; brother-in-law, Robbie (Wanda) Wooten; special cousin, Lola Booth; special friends, Joey (Sara) Vance, their children, Madeline and Anna, Rolf (Stephanie) Dameron, their children, Jessica and Amber, Steve ( Janice) Callaway, Matthew (Angie) Tenney; along with a host of cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joseph Vance officiating. A visitation will be held a hour prior to the service. Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV is assisting the Wooten family with arrangements.
