Lillian Hurst

Lillian Hurst, 66, of Sarah Ann, WV, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on November 17, 2017, at Dignity Hospice House in Chapmanville, WV.Born July 23, 1951, to the late Lewis Lambert and Victoria Lambert Thomas in Ranger, WV. She was also preceded in death by two precious twin boys at birth. Brothers- Charlie Lambert, Alfred Lambert, Bradley Lambert, and James Lambert. One sister, Faye Lambert. Lillian was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. Until recent years she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking, and sitting on the front porch or under the shade of a tree. She also enjoyed music, listening to the radio, and reading her Bible. Lillian adored her family and was so very proud of all her babies. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 48 years and the love of her life, Ronald Hurst. Brothers-Irvin Lambert and Anthony Lambert.Sisters- Roxy Mae Runyon, Delcie Bryant, Mamie Neece, and Evelyn Cline. Sons- Bobby Hurst of Sarah Ann, Roy (Kelly) Hurst of Monaville, Tom (Christy) Hurst of Whites Addition. One daughter- Lori (Adam Conley) Hurst of Sarah Ann. Grandchildren- Rev. Sherman Jones Jr., Miranda Jones, Jason (Cassie) Jones, Ronald Hurst, Lilly Hurst, Chyanne Hurst, Austin Kennedy, and Nikko Newsome. Great-Grandchildren- Dontez, Jediah, Taijh, Richez, Cecilia, Grayson, and Aria. A host of nephews, nieces, in-laws and friends who all loved her dearly.Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 4-7 with Pastor Scotty Dingess officiating.
