Juanita Martin

Juanita Martin 77, of Chauncey, departed this life on Monday, June 6th, 2016 at Logan Regional Medical Center. Born, February 17th, 1939 in Logan to the late Henry and Georgia (Hurst) Jenkins. Juanita was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by her husband Dana Martin, one sister, Patty Wiley. Survivors include one son, Chadd (Shelly) Martin. One daughter, Alisha Martin, one sister, Dreama Vance. Two grandsons, Joshua Martin and Dana Martin. Services will be Thursday  12:00 P.M. with Pastor John Godby and Mark Vance officiating.
