Jacky Neil Carter

Jacky Neil Carter 49, of Wharncliffe, departed this life June 5, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center born August 18, 1965 in Williamson WV to the late Ritz Sr. and Dorothy  “Davis” Carter. Also preceding him in death is 1 brother; Dallas Carter. Jacky was a retired truck driver.  Jacky loved to camp, fish, and hunt. He loved his hunting buddies the Ellis Family. His best friend was Bill Hatfield, and he had a special friend P. Jo Manual. His survivors include his companion Exie Carter; 1 step-son; Jesse Hatfield of Wharncliffe, 1 step-daughter; April Lester of Logan, 4 brothers; Ritz Carter Jr. of Gilbert, Howard (Melinda) Carter of Justice, Fabian (Christina) Carter of Baisden, and Stoney (Shanna) Carter of Baisden 1 Sister-in-Law; Helen Carter of Justice. 5 grandchildren; Madison Hatfield, Brennen Hatfield, Skyler Lester, Jason Lester, and Jaylon Lester, 11 nephews; Tyler Carter, Luke Carter, Noah Carter, Brody Carter, Dennie Lester, Cletus Lester, Bruce Hatfield, Randy Hatfield, Daniel Collins, Freddie Simmims , and Anthony Ferguson, 15 nieces; Cindy Kennda,  Lisa Carter, Erica Carter, Shranda Stanley, Destiny Carter, Kaitlyn Carter, Tabitha Mitchim, Tonya Kennedy, Angel Williams, Shania Hatfield, Mandy King, Jackie England, Laura Simmons, Angel Ferguson, and Sabrina Davidson.  Services will be held Sunday June 7,2015 at Baisden Full Gospel Church of God at  4 PM with Pastors Jonas Trent and Winford Bradford officiating. Visitation will be from 2-4PM at the church. Burial will be at The Cline Cemetery at Gilbert. Arrangements is  Entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Switzer.
