Henry Drewey Hatfield

August 1, 1929 — December 8, 2014

Henry Drewey Hatfield 86, of Justice Addition went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 8, 2014 in the Mountain Manner Nursing Home in Paintsville, KY. He was born August 01, 1929 in Wilkinson to the late Dewey M. and Leona (Brown) Hatfield. He was a disabled Army Veteran of the Korean War that was a Purple Heart receipt, and a member of the First Church of Christ in Chapmanville. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Wesley Martin. He is survived by one sister; Gloria E. Martin of Sunset Court, one special nephew that was his caregiver John (June) Martin of Justice Addition and one niece Debbie (Danny) Pappas of FL. Henry will be sadly missed by his family and Church Brothers and Sisters. Services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at The First Church of Christ in Chapmanville with Pastor Bill Runyon officiating. Entombment will be in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
