Frances C. Jones

Frances C. Jones, 69 of West Logan, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 2, 2018 at CAMC General Division. She was born October 6, 1948 to the late James Cox Sr. and Elzenie (Privett) Cox Carter. She was of the Jesus Name Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband; Thomas A. Jones and one brother; Denny Lewis Cox, a son in law; Kevin Hale, Those left to cherish her memories are two sons; Robert (Tammy) Adkins Jr. of Monaville and James D. (Angie) Adkins of Stollings, one daughter; Vicky Hale of Logan, three brothers; Dr. James (Diana) Cox Jr. of Teays Valley, Thomas E. (Rose) Cox of Twinsburg, OH, and Randall Gary (Linda) Cox of Cow Creek, one sister; Shelba Jean (Moss) Workman of Chapmanville, four grandchildren; Heather (John) Sammons, Joshua (Kayla) Adkins, Jarod (Samantha) Adkins, Tyler (Jennifer) Hale, a host of great grandchildren and nieces and nephews and Kay and Frank Preece and Gladys and Donald Adkins and Tiny Miller who will all love and miss her tremendously.    Service will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Collins Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM with Dr. James Cox Jr., Brother Frank Preece, and Brother Donald Adkins officiating. Visitation will begin two hours prior. Burial will follow in at Highland Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Logan City Police and Fire Department. Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is overseeing the arrangements.
