Everett Martin Borders

October 25, 1946 — July 9, 2015

 Everett Martin Borders 68 of Omar, departed this life Thursday, July 09, 2015 at Logan Regional Medical Center.  He was born October 25, 1946 at Dingess to the late Martin and Allie (Messer) Borders. He was a Coal Miner and a Veteran of the Untied States Army.  Also in addition to his parents preceding him in death are his grandparents, his wife; Sue (Johnson) Borders  and one brother; Ira "Boots" Borders.  Those left to cherish his memories are one son; Michael Borders of Omar, one daughter; Robyn Borders of Omar, four sister's Joann (Jess) Canterbury and Calli Sutton both of Laurel Creek and Linda Sue Marcum and Theressa Smith Both of Williamson, one grandson; Ryan Michael Borders, one great-grandson; Michael Ryan Borders and a best friend Johnny Mendez.   There will be a memorial service at Switzer Church of God, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, July 16, 2015 with Rev. James Ed. Baisden and Elbert Johnson Jr. officiating. In honoring his request the body was cremated.  Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the arrangements.  Condolences may be left www.collinsfuneralhomewv.com./
