Eldon Keith Rebar

Eldon Keith Rebar, 77 of Omar, WV departed this life Tuesday, June 21^st, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV. He was born on April 16^th, 1945, in Pine Creek, WV and was the son of the late Andy Rebar Jr. and Lillian (DeHart) Curry Rebar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Sue (Curry) Rebar (married on April 21^st, 1966); daughter, Wendy Rebar; brothers, Michael “Mick” Allen Rebar, Raymond John Curry, and Willie Vernon Curry; sisters, June Curry Jenkins, Jean Curry Sorrell, Mary Elizabeth Rebar, Rosalie Rebar Martin, and Joyce Curry Quillen.

He served in the U.S. Air Force and was very proud of that. He also was the General Manager of The Logan Banner.

Those left to cherish his loving memory includes two sons, Michael Rebar of Cow Creek, WV, and Shawn (Jillian) Rebar of Florida; one sister, Linda Gay Rebar Palmer of Virginia; grandchildren, Samuel Rebar, Morgan Michelle Rebar, and Luke Andrew Rebar; great grandchildren, Katlyn, Olivia, and Isaac; and a host of many other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, June 27^th, 2022, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Hicks officiating.
