Dora Lu Fields

Dora Lu (Callaway) Fields, 91, departed this life on Thursday, January 12^th, 2023 at St.Mary’s Medical Center. She was born on April 6^th, 1931, in Chauncey, WV to the late Lee and Mae Bird (Ellis) Callaway. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Fields; two sons, Luther, and John Fields; and daughter, Connie Bredlove.

She was a homemaker and of the Freewill Baptist Faith.

Those left to cherish her loving memory includes her son, James (Betty) Fields; seven grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 16^th, 2023, at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pecks Mill, WV.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Collins Funeral Home Inc. of Switzer, WV.
