Crystal Marie Johnson

Crystal Marie Johnson 42, of Omar departed this life Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1972 in Logan to Garnet Chapman Vance and the Late Leslie Vance. She was a homemaker and of the Jesus Only Faith. She is survived by her husband Robert Johnson and two daughters; Samantha Johnson, one stepdaughter; Cieara Gearhart both of Omar, four brothers; Richard (Jolene) Tackett, Michael (Andrea) Tackett, Adam (Samantha) Tackett, and Lannie (Carmin) Vance all of Man and two sisters; Sharon (Dallas) Tackett and Garnet Lee Burgess of Man. She also had one very close friend Lilly Hurst that was a God Daughter to her. A Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Monday at the Lords House in Holden with Rev. Bobby Wooten officiating. There will be a private burial after the service. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior. Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is in charge of the service.
