Ballard Johnson

Ballard Johnson, 73 of Logan, WV departed this life on Monday, May 26, 2025. He was born on March 6, 1952, and was the son of Columbus, Sr. and Celia Ann Johnson. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Hicks; and his great-granddaughter, Allison Nicole Hicks. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Lisa (Willie) Hicks; his son, Kevin Johnson; his grandchildren, Derek (Rachel Vernatter) Hicks, Jacqueline (Clark) Blankenship, Catherine Hicks, Olivia (Brock) Chapman, Autum Davis, and Devin Johnson; several great-grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at Collins Funeral Home Chapel in Switzer, WV.
