Anna Mae Tomblin

April 26, 1955 — March 13, 2017

Today on March 13, 2017, the skies parted and heavens gates opened to welcome our beloved mother and wife, Anna Tomblin 61 of Cow Creek, Wva into the kingdom of heaven where she was greeted by family and friends. Anna was born on April 26, 1955 to the late James and Viola Reagan of Rum Creek, WVa. Preceding her in eternal life are her brothers, James and Ralph Reagan and her overly spoiled baby Miss Kitty. Those left to carry on her memory and love include, her loving husband of 19 years Bobby Lee Tomblin of Cow Creek, WVa. Her children Carrie ( Brian) Brumfield of Monaville, WVa, her son Russell (Abby) Bailey of Lewisville, NC, Rachel (Jeremy) Eplin of Verdunville, WVa, two step-sons Jeremy ( Becky) Tomblin also of Cow Creek, WVa, Joshua (Rebecca) Tomblin of Newton, NC and one that she loved as her own, Shannon (Mike) Runyon of Holden, WVa. She was blessed with nine grandchildren James and Kevin Piercey, Nicholas, Trinity and Alex Bailey, Layla and Levi Eplin, and Brycen and Chloe Tomblin, who are left to carry on her traditions and tell stories of gatherings at Mamaw and Papaws house. Her siblings who are now left with another missing link to their family chain include, her loving sisters Donna(Hershel) Berry of Pecks Mill, WVa, Yvonne Farmer also of Pecks Mill and Norma (David) Chapman of Whitman, WVa. Her loving brothers, William(Shirley) Reagan of Ethel, WVa and Olan(Millie) Reagan of Lovely, Ky and many nephews and nieces whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed canning, gardening, cooking and attending church and talking with family and friends. Pallbearers include, Russell Bailey, Jeremy Eplin, Stephen Reagan, David Chapman, Josh Workman and Jeremy Tomblin. Honorary pallbearers include, Hershel Berry, Olan Reagan, William Reagan, Jeff Reagan, Randel Brahman, Jimmy Berry, Rusty Acord, Little Ralph Reagan, Dwayne Tomblin, Ronnie Ellis, Darrel Tomblin and Joshua Tomblin. Friends and families final goodbyes will be held at Collins Funeral Home on March 16, 2017. Family private viewing will begin 11:00. Friends and public viewing at 12:00; services begin at 1:00 with Alan Clark leading services. Anna will be showered with her favorite flowers and her signature colors blush and bashful. Burial is to follow at Forrest Lawn Cemetery.
