Alesa (Maynard) McCoy

October 15, 1955 — June 12, 2022

Alesa (Maynard) McCoy, 66, of Logan, WV departed this life on Sunday, June 12th, 2022 at Tug Valley ARH. She was born to the late Clyde and Chloe (Crittenden) Maynard on October 15th, 1955. She was a nurse at Tug Valley ARH, and a member of Whitman Church of God. She loved all her coworkers in the Skills Nursing Unit.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Ricky Lee McCoy; one brother, Alex G. Maynard.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of forty-six years, Richard “Rick” McCoy; one son, Tommy Pete (Peggy) McCoy; two brothers, Craig (Tina) Maynard and Mike Conley; two sisters, Evon Mullins and Kathy (Jeff) Sturm; one grandson, Nathan McCoy; one special person whom she thought of as her own daughter, Angie Clark.

There will be no services held.

Collins Funeral Home of Switzer is overseeing the arrangements.
